Background

Each year Council allocates funds for the construction of new paths within the city in response to requests from the community due to safety or access issues. The Long-Term Financial Plan currently recommends approximately $500k per annum be spent on New Path projects.

The following projects have been identified and scoped as a priority for a budget allocation in the 2021/22 financial year, subject to community consultation:

  • Bardia Avenue and Findon Oval Reserve
  • Duncan Street, Findon
  • Michael Street, Grange
  • Jervois Street, Woodville West
  • Pine Lodge Crescent, Grange (Two paths)
