Thank you to everyone who took the time to participate in Stage 2 consultation for the Jubilee Reserve Draft Master Plan.

Over the consultation period, we received more than 400 submissions from community members, site users and stakeholders. We appreciate the time, local knowledge and ideas shared throughout the process.

The project team is now reviewing all feedback received. This will inform a Community Engagement Summary Report and any refinements to the draft Master Plan before both are presented to Council for consideration. The report is expected to be presented at the Council meeting scheduled for Monday, 27 July 2026.

To help explain how the project has progressed to this point, we've also developed the project timeline below, outlining the key milestones from the initial funding announcement through to the current stage of the project.
