On 10 December 2025, a design workshop was held with site users of Jubilee Reserve. Site user representatives came together to explore ideas for the future. The workshop focused on:

• Review of draft project objectives for Jubilee Reserve
• Discussions about how different site users access and share the reserve
• Exploration of ideas for the future to meet school use, community use and sporting needs

The workshop was constructive and provided us with valuable insights to guide concept development. The project architects will now use this input, along with the broader community feedback collected during consultation, to begin shaping a draft concept design.

What happens next?

• We will refine the ideas explored in the workshop and develop a draft concept design
• We will prepare a Community Engagement Summary Report bringing together stakeholder and community comments received to date.
• We will prepare a Community Engagement Approach suggesting our approach to future stakeholder and community consultation should Council determine to proceed to a funding application

These items are anticipated to be brought to Council for consideration at the meeting on Monday 9 February 2026, where Council will determine next steps, including whether to proceed to a funding application. We will continue to share updates as the process continues.
