Background

Our civil assets have a combined replacement value in excess of $1 billion. It is therefore critical that we have sound renewal and maintenance strategies in place for these assets to ensure sustainable management of finances while continuing to provide assets that are fit for purpose and fulfilling community needs now and into the future.

Our assets related to the survey include:

  • Roads (consisting of road seals, road pavement, kerb & gutter and including on-street car parking areas)
  • Walking and Cycling Paths and Kerb Access Ramps
  • Bridges and Boardwalks
  • Traffic Control Devices (i.e. roundabouts and speed humps)
  • Bus Stop Assets (landing pads and shelters)
  • Off Street Carparks
  • Stormwater drains and pits
  • Gross Pollutant traps and Outlet Structures
  • Stormwater Pumping Stations
  • Stormwater basins and ponds
  • Public lighting

We are seeking to understand community satisfaction of our public infrastructure (civil) assets and to identify any key themes and focus areas which will help inform the upcoming reviews of the Transport, Water and Lighting Asset Management Plans which are scheduled to occur later this year.

  • Online Survey

We want to know what is influencing your satisfaction with our public infrastructure (i.e. local roads, footpaths, lighting and stormwater drainage system).

The survey will take approximately 1-2 minutes to complete.

    Consultation closes 6 July 2023.

    SURVEY IS NOW CLOSED
