We are responding to requests from local residents to construct a new footpath in Reserve Parade, Findon. The proposed path would provide safer connections to the other existing paths.

Council Officers have inspected the street and determined that a 1.5-metre-wide, concrete footpath be proposed on the northern side of Reserve Parade from Judith Avenue to Tweed Avenue.

If the proposed new path has no significant concerns or objections from residents a request for funding will be submitted for construction in 2020/21 financial year.

The City of Charles Sturt would like to acknowledge the land we occupy today is the traditional lands for the Kaurna people and that we respect their spiritual relationship with their country. We also acknowledge the Kaurna people as the custodians of the greater Adelaide region and that their cultural and heritage beliefs are still as important to the living Kaurna people today.
