  • A New Community Hub for Henley Beach - Phase 2

    Bringing the Henley Beach Library and Community Centre together in the Henley Town Hall and new purpose built building.

    Phase 2 community engagement is planned for February and March 2022, once our architects have prepared concept designs for our new hub. We look forward to discussing these concept designs with you soon.

  • Economic Development Strategy 2022 - 2026

    We will be preparing our Economic Development Strategy 2022 - 2026 in early 2022 and we will invite community feedback on the draft Strategy around April 2022. In the meantime if you are a business owner or operator in the City of Charles Sturt complete our business survey.

    Our Draft Annual Business Plan 2022/23 will be available on Tuesday 12 April 2022 for community consultation, at that time you will be able to take a look at the projects and programs we plan to invest in over the next 12 months.

  • Albert Park Code Amendment - Rezoning Proposal

    A proposal to rezone land at Albert Park.

    Community consultation on the draft Albert Park Mixed Use Code Amendment (Part-Privately Funded) is expected to occur in the first half of 2022. See separate project page for more information.

    A proposal to rezone land at Kidman Park (including the former Metcash site).
