Alienation of Community Land by Licence

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 202 of the Local Government Act 1999,

The City of Charles Sturt proposes to grant a Licence for:

Use of the Carnegie Reserve and Clubroom located at Kingston Avenue, Royal Park by the Western Strikers Soccer Club.

For information on the area of the proposed licence area download the licence plan.

The plan can also be viewed at the Civic Centre, 72 Woodville Road, Woodville and a copy of the plan can be sent to interested persons on request.

Written submissions must be received by 5pm Thursday, 11th April 2019.

To lodge a written submission:

We will advise those who have made submissions when the proposal will be considered by Council.
