Annual Business Plan 2026/27

We now welcome your feedback on our Draft Annual Business Plan 2026/27 which includes all budget bids.

Each year, we share our Draft Annual Business Plan and invite community feedback on our plan. The Annual Business Plan sets out the services, projects and priorities we're proposing to deliver in the year ahead, and how we plan to invest in our City's future.

The plan is guided by:

  • Our Community Plan which sets the vision for our community and organisation; and
  • Our overall planning framework (Long Term Financial Plan (LTFP)) which sets strategic directions over the medium and long term and converts these into annual actions and outcomes.

Read our draft Annual Business Plan 2026/27.

Read the summary list of budget bids.

Lodge an online submission by 5.00pm, Friday 8 May 2026.
