Consultation has concluded

Feedback is being sought on a possible location to install Dream by Glen Duncan. Council has received a request from this artist to display a piece of public art within the City of Charles Sturt for a period of 12 months.

The sculpture consists of a seat and a wave structure. The artwork is 2.4m wide x 3m long and 2.2m high. It is made of stainless-steel recycled wine transfer piping, recycled timber, acrylic and solar lighting. Further details are available in the document library.

The location proposed is at the intersection of North Street and the Esplanade, Henley Beach. Photos of the location are available in the fact sheet in the photo gallery.

This offer from the artist is seen as an opportunity to display more public art within the City of Charles Sturt and it also adds to the existing collection of public art pieces along the coast.

You can have your say about the locations be completing the survey.
