Proposed Residential Streetscape Character DPA

Consultation has concluded

The need to retain the streetscape appeal of our character suburbs was identified as a high priority during our Development Plan Review. Based on this, Council recently proposed a Residential Streetscape Development Plan Amendment (DPA), however the Minister for Planning did not support Council’s proposal. Following the Minister’s decision, Council resolved to undertake further consultation with the community.

Background information:

  • Check out the FAQ's
  • Letter to 4500 affected propery owners / occupiers
  • Review the Residential Streetscape Character Study document
  • Click here to see a map the proposed areas

To have your say:

We are really interested to hear what the Charles Sturt community think about this matter and look forward to hearing from you. Please feel welcome to contact John Tagliaferri via email or 8408 1827 should you require further information on this matter.

Please take the time to provide us with your thoughts.

Submissions are due by COB on 25 September 2014.
